This company is the best. I was convinced that I had brought bedbugs home from a vacation. David came out within 30 minutes of my call and investigated thoroughly for free. Instead of charging me $$$$ for the treatments I requested, he patiently explained that I did not have bedbugs, and how and why he knew it.
He is prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, reliable, and above all honest. This is a great company.
