Hi,My name is Beth Miller and i have been suffering from itchy marks on my body that looks so similar to the one shown above.I have been to a dermatologist and they said i had a pregnancy rash called pupps because i am 27 weeks pregnant but my ob-gyn disagrees and said she had seen that rash many times it mine does not look any thing like it so i have been doing some research and i don’t think it is bed bugs because i have stripped my bedding and have not noticed any pests but was thinking that it could possibly be fleas? We have an indoor cat but i often am at my moms who has dogs who get fleas and thought i could have brought them home and my cat got them and is now a possible breeding ground. We have tried every thing to figure out what is causing my rash and i even had two biopsies that came back with nothing! I am so frstrated and just trying to find an answer! If you have any other ideas of what can cause a rash that looks like the one above please let me know!

Hi I recently got furniture from a renta center they dropped the furniture off on a Friday we left for the weekend. That Sunday after a while of sitting on our new furniture my husband started feeling something crawl on us, it turned out to be bed bugs. The store removed the furniture and sprayed the room really well, but the same day my husband broke out in several places he did however set on our other couch that the guy saturated with spray. The guy said our own couch was bug free but he wanted to be safe so he sprayed it. I’m just wondering how long it would have taken the bugs to spread to other places and if my husband is now being attacked by bed bugs? No one else has shown any signs of bites at all, what should we do?

I recently am experencing bedbugs and I got the clorax and sprays with clorax and hot water and when I wiped down my bed but first I vacuumed the bed. My bed was bought from a family member which they traveled a lot and she was selling her daughters bed and I bought the bed from her and now I’m experiencing what I never heard of before bedbugs. But, it’s been very common in the City where I live; schools have been closed for inspections and doctors offices. I’m wondering how are these places getting these bedbugs. Like it’s so annoying, frustrating and scary I don’t like these little things running around in my bed at night while I’m sleeping. I haven’t gotten no sleep in a few weeks. When I first wiped the bed down, I didn’t see the bedbugs anymore. I guess as I read on bedbugs I don’t think I killed the eggs they laid if they bit someone. I feel my body itchy but don’t see any red marks like a rash on my body. I wonder if they can get in your hair? If that would happen what will happen? Would people have to cut their hair short? OMG! This is crazy, I feel like they crawling on me. My boyfriend keeps telling me it’s all in my head but it’s that I don’t like thinking these bedbugs are around. I would start to think and what if the neighbor has them can they come over to someone elses apartment? I’m really having a hard time with this, I really would like some more information on this. Somebody please get back to me, this is just driving me crazy. I don’t eat thinking about bedbugs. Like I said, I never heard of bedbugs before while I was growing up and now it seems like it’s a popular thing.
Hope to hear from somebody soon.
    Thank you,
    Worried about bedbugs,

please help. my son who is 3 has these bite’s all over, up the back of his leg, on his arm, some on chest, now on back of neck and hair line. took him to his pediatrician, and they said it wasn’t flea bites or bed bug bites. if it was bed bugs i would have them too, cuz, he sleeps in my bed on most nights. i don’t know what else to do….

  11. ASK JOE Says:

mommy22008, so are you saying that your son has these bites or marks and you don’t and you both sleep in the same place? If that is the case he is getting these marks from somewhere elso.
Hope that helps, thanks for your comments

  12. ASK JOE Says:

jim smith, it would not take long for them to move to different area’s. You say that this piece of furniture was in the house for a weekend. That is more than enough time for them to be just about anywhere.
Sorry, but they are quick and just spraying them will not kill them. That is what that company does and you can see that there product come with bed bugs.
    Hope that helps,

  13. ambernD Says:

My 11 month old son has the same bite marks. I took him to the doctors and he said it could be bed bugs or even scabies. But the thing is, is I’m not getting these. Scabies is contagious and noone who has been around him has or is getting it. My son and I sleep in the same bed as well. What I am wondering is, what do bed bug bites look like after a couple weeks or less? His start off looking like a typical bug bite, then after awhile they are little pale colored bumps. They are lasting for about a couple weeks, it seems like anyways.
